Digital Essentials (DE) offers services to individuals and businesses that include authentic and original designs and/or communication. Most, if not all, designs are crafted from blank canvases or scratch. This ensures no two designs are the same.

We do not create replicas and/or imitate the work of other creators or designers. Digital Essentials (DE) does NOT alter and/or edit work designed by other creators or designers.

Digital Essentials (DE) requires all clients to provide authentic and original information, logos, designs, images/videos, etc. Clients under contract with Digital Essentials (DE) are to refrain from utilizing ChatGPT and other AI services for brand strategy and design.

Failure to abide by this policy will result in an immediate cancellation/termination of services without refund.

All order forms are created using Jotform. These forms should be completed in their entirety. Orders are not deemed completed without a proper form submission, which includes payment. Please note that payment may not be made directly to this website, but may be indirectly linked to this website.

Individuals and businesses serviced by Digital Essentials (DE) give us the right to use their logo(s), business name, and business information for advertisement and marketing. This usage may include, but is not limited to, display on our website. 

Individuals and businesses are responsible for fulfilling the full payment for the services/products requested and/or ordered.

Payment must be paid in full before rendering of any services. ​

Failure to fulfill payment for any services/ products requested and/or ordered will result in a $50/week late fee. Failure to fulfill payment and late fee after two weeks will result in legal action being taken by DE and/or its owner. The client will be responsible for any/all legal fees that may be incurred due to the client's failure to pay.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL! Digital Essentials does NOT issue exchanges, refunds, or credits.
