The terms and policies on this website, our forms, etc., apply to all Digital Essentials (DE) business operations. These terms and policies are a legally binding agreement between you (which refers to any and all individuals or businesses accessing/reading DE forms/websites and/or serviced by Digital Essentials) and Digital Essentials (which we may refer to as "Digital Essentials", "DE", "we", "us", or "our").

Individuals accessing our website are held responsible for the current terms and policies. In addition to the terms and policies, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by all Digital Essentials' terms and policies.

Terms & Conditions

Digital Essentials (DE) strives to provide customers with exceptional care, customer service/support, and products. As we strive to provide, we acknowledge that we are not exempt from human error. As we strive to provide our very best, we ask our customers and supporters to hold us accountable, while extending grace when needed. Furthermore, Digital Essentials (DE) has set policies in place to protect both the customer(s) and the company. These policies can be found below. In an instance that a circumstance is not covered below, Digital Essentials (DE) will use unbiased and professional judgment to consider a course of action. Upon considering the course of action, Digital Essentials (DE) will provide that information to the client and update policies as needed.

www.ddigitalessentials.com is a website operated and owned by Digital Essentials (DE). The website is one of the services we provide to our customers. In providing this service, we collect information both directly/ indirectly. Provided "directly," meaning information given, including but not limited to one's name, email address, home/ shipping address, and phone number, and provided "indirectly" referring to information not explicitly given, including but not limited to one's IP address. We will not use or share any information provided with anyone except as described in our Privacy Policy. Your information is valuable and will be strictly used to assist us in understanding you and improving your overall experience with us. Individuals choosing to use www.ddigitalessentials.com agree to the collection of information associated with/ discussed within our policy.

Digital Essentials (DE) is a brand strategy and design agency focused on elevating businesses and brands to their next level.

While basic elevation can be achieved through professional, creative strategies and designs alone, a limitless elevation requires more. To achieve a limitless elevation, it is critical to have a sure-commitment to our shared mission and your vision.

Our strategies and designs, combined with your sure-commitment, active-collaboration, open-communication, and trust creates an opportunity for limitless elevation to be your business/brand's reality.

DE Authenticity Policy

Digital Essentials (DE) offers services to individuals and businesses that include authentic and original designs and/or communication. Most, if not all, designs are crafted from blank canvases or scratch. This ensures no two designs are the same.

We do not create replicas and/or imitate the work of other creators or designers. Digital Essentials (DE) does NOT alter and/or edit work designed by other creators or designers.

Client Authenticity Policy

Digital Essentials (DE) requires all clients to provide authentic and original information, logos, designs, images/videos, etc. Clients under contract with Digital Essentials (DE) are to refrain from utilizing ChatGPT and other AI services for brand strategy and design.

Failure to abide by this policy will result in an immediate cancellation/termination of services without refund.

Form Submission Policy

All order forms are created using Jotform. These forms should be completed in their entirety. Orders are not deemed completed without a proper form submission, which may require payment. Please note that payment may not be made directly to this website, but may be indirectly linked to this website.

DE "File Share" Access Policy

"File Share" is a site member access page only. This page requires website visitors to create an online account. Site members gain access to confidential and/or exclusive files.

The folders and files on this page and on this website are the property of Digital Essentials (DE) and its owner. Before accessing this page, all site members are asked to read and review our "Policies+" page. 

On the "File Share" page, site members are granted access to open, view, and download files; however, they are not granted access to edit, manipulate, and/or sell/trade the files they access. 

Failure to abide by the policies stated on this page/website will be met with legal action. 

DE Logo Use

All designs will have one of the official Digital Essentials logos. We ask that you avoid altering designs/graphics to remove our logo. Want to remove the logo? Request a DE logo removal. Logo removal is $20 per design/graphic. Unauthorized removal and/or editing to purposely remove our logo will result in a fine of $100 per design/graphic. 

Right to Use

Individuals and businesses serviced by Digital Essentials (DE) give us the right to use their logo(s), business name, and business information for advertisement and marketing. This usage may include, but is not limited to, display on our website. 

Payment Policy

Individuals and businesses are responsible for fulfilling the full payment for the services/products requested and/or ordered.

Payment must be paid in full before rendering of any services. ​

​

Failure to fulfill payment for any services/ products requested and/or ordered will result in a $50/week late fee.

Failure to fulfill payment and late fee after two weeks will result in legal action being taken by DE and/or its owner. The client will be responsible for any/all legal fees that may be incurred due to the client's failure to pay.

Policies + Violations

Violation of any policy listed on this page or website will result in a fine of $500. This fine must be paid to Digital Essentials (DE) or its owner via invoice. Failure to pay the fine within 30 days of notice may result in legal action at the site viewer/site member's expense.
