What to Expect?
Let's elevate! During this 45-minute strategy meeting, we will provide you with insight into who we are, what we offer, and how we can best serve your business and brand. In addition to learning about Digital Essentials, we will provide you with recommended strategies. These strategies will be personalized to your specific business needs vision. How to Prepare? - Define your business's vision and mission. (Required) - Jot down concerns or questions you may have about the process. Please note that all calls are given a 10-minute grace period. If you can't make it to your call, please cancel or reschedule 24 hours in advance. Meeting Platform: Zoom
Cancellation Policy
We understand that clients may need to cancel. We ask that clients cancel at least 3 hours before their scheduled time. Any cancellations and/or reschedules within 3 hours of your scheduled time and/or not showing up to your scheduled service(s) will result in the deposit and any other online payments being secured by the service provider. Clients will be responsible for any and all cancellation fees.
