Call Description
A strategy call is a 45-minute to 1-hour call that allows us to provide you with the strategies needed to elevate your business to the next level. We recommend these calls to individuals/businesses that have a developed/established business and hope to elevate with more advanced/effective strategies and designs. During this call, we will provide you with a brand audit based on the information received through thorough research and form submission. In addition, we will provide suggestions regarding your brand's appearance, identity, and direction.

Cancellation Policy
Digital Essentials (DE) understands that clients/partners may need to cancel/reschedule their calls. We ask that clients/partners cancel/reschedule at least three hours before their scheduled time to avoid additional fees. Any cancellations and/or reschedules that occur within three hours of the scheduled call will result in a $15 scheduling fee. This fee will be charged to the client's card on file. In the case the fee can not be captured, the client will be incur an additional fee of $10 per week, until fees are paid.
