A strategy call is a 45-minute to 1-hour call that allows us to provide you with the strategies needed to elevate your business to the next level. We recommend these calls to individuals/businesses that have a developed/established business and hope to elevate with more advanced/effective strategies and designs. During this call, we will provide you with a brand audit based on the information received through thorough research and form submission. In addition, we will provide suggestions regarding your brand's appearance, identity, and direction. Ready for the strategies? Let's Elevate!

Cancellation Policy

Digital Essentials (DE) understands that individuals may need to cancel/reschedule their calls. We ask that cancellations/reschedules be completed at least 12 hours before the scheduled call. Failure to cancel/reschedule within the appropriate time or no-showing will result in a scheduling charge of $15. All scheduling charges are non-refundable and non-negotiable. Note: All calls have a five-minute grace period. After five minutes, the call is deemed a "NO SHOW" and cancelled, and a scheduling fee is applied.
