Call Description
Discovery Meet is a 15-30-minute meeting that allows us to discover more about your mission, vision, and services/products. During this meeting, we gather the information needed to determine what service(s) are best for you, what strategies we can implement, and so much more. In addition, you'll get to know more about Digital Essentials and what we have to offer.

Cancellation Policy
Digital Essentials (DE) understands that clients/partners may need to cancel/reschedule their meetings. We ask that clients/partners cancel/reschedule at least twelve hours before their scheduled time to avoid additional fees. Any cancellations and/or reschedules that occur within twelve hours of the scheduled call will result in a $30 scheduling fee. This fee will be charged to the client's card on file. In the case the fee can not be captured, the client will incur an additional fee of $10 per week, until fees are paid.
