A discovery call is a 15-30-minute call that allows us to discover more about your mission, vision, and services/products. During this call, we gather the information needed to determine what service(s) are best for you, what strategies we can implement, and so much more. In addition, you'll get to know more about Digital Essentials and what we have to offer.

Cancellation Policy
Digital Essentials (DE) understands that individuals may need to cancel/reschedule their calls. We ask that cancellations/reschedules be completed at least 12 hours before the scheduled call. Failure to cancel/reschedule within the appropriate time or no-showing will result in a scheduling charge of $15. All scheduling charges are non-refundable and non-negotiable.
Note: All calls have a five-minute grace period. After five minutes, the call is deemed a "NO SHOW" and cancelled, and a scheduling fee is applied.
